What One Litigator Learned Serving on a Jury

Law360 (January 8) - As a litigator, my first legal position was in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps, handling cases first as a defense attorney, then as a prosecutor.

Since leaving the Navy, my practice has focused on patent litigation. But I've never had an opportunity to serve on a jury and see the courtroom from the other side of the banister.
